BACK
A AFM Magazines, Nosferatu, Hand painted with acrylics, and artists inks, I have been considering buying this particular kit, for quite a while now, and I finally got round to it, Let me say it was well worth the wait. this one reminds me so much of the old Aurora kits, especially with the beautifully detailed base. Building was simplicity itself, with only the smallest amount of putty required where the white metal hands join the arms, the rest just glues in place, I tried to keep the colour scheme as muted as I could, to me the Nosferatu, movies, all have a cold frostie look to them,  I went for the dead green for flesh tones, with just the shadows, darkened with, dark grey pastel, the highlights where lightly dry brushed with dove grey, the tunic is bark brown, the base was airbrushed with sepia, dry brushed with various browns and greys, and the sail was based in fawn dry brushed, antique white, then pure white, the numerous rodents, are sepia, dry brushed sand and grey, This really is a delightfull small scale 1/8 kit that comes Highly recomended, you can pick this up at AFM, website, click here for the link.
