All dressed up and no where to go hand painted with acrylics. something a bit different this, i had these super-deform figures sitting around for ages, without really knowing how to display them, then i came up with the idea, of the graveyard, i used the same tecniques, for this as I have in my other scratch built bases. the photos below, give some idea of the methods that i used. from left to right, photo number 1 is the balsa wood base, cut to shape, i have also started to build up the milliput,to acheive the various levels, on the ground.photo2 is at the same stage. photo3 shows the milliputing completed, and the base ready for painting. photo 4 shows the finished base for the characters. to be added, the tree on the left comes from the Monogram re-issue Dracula kit. If any one has a Dracula de-form to compliment this set, for sale please get in touch |
