another aurora re-issue, this time from monogram
this is the kit, that started it all  for me. well the aurora original
was anyway, it was the first model kit i ever bought as a child,
i took it home, built it, using all the glow in the dark bits,then i
plastered it  with enamel gloss paints. and put him in my bedroom.
but i was so scared, of it when it glowed in the dark,i put him in
my wardrobe at night. coincedentaly this re-issue is also the kit
that got me back into the hobby after  a break of nearly thirty
years the thing is now i absolutely hate it, to me it now bears
no relation whatsoever to the wolfman, movies, neither the
likeness, pose,or  setting have anything to do with the films
but as i have said without this kit, i would have missed out on all
the pleasures that i have had when bulding other models. for that
alone, i owe him shelf space. if you are wondering where the
nameplate, rats and skull, have gone from this kit i have used
them all, in other models featured on this site.
