Nosferatu Bust
BACK
Neal Harveys Nosferatu bust Airbrushed and hand painted with acrylics, artists inks, and pastels. this is another excellent, 1/4 scale bust from Neal Harvey. I tried a couple of new ideas on this one, I am usually quite conservative with flesh tones, I tend to stick with what I like, for this project, I use a flesh tint artists ink, mixed with a little emerald green ink, and grey acrylic paint, to give the dead flesh look, I airbrushed this on and was quite pleased with the results, for shading I used Black, Grey and Purple pastels, to achieve the dark shadows, i thought this kit needed, I think I achieved what I was looking for quite well, the other different way of doing things was with the base, I airbrushed, green and black inks to get a marble effect, once again the results where better thanexpected, I will try this technique again on future projects
