Alternative Images
Paramour
Alternative Images, Paramour Airbrushed, and hand painted, wiyh acrylics, artists inks, and pastels for shading,  I won this one on ebay, I think it is quite a rare kit, hence the price of $160.00 but it is an original,  I dont know where the name Paramour comes in any info any one?. this is the first large scale Creature kit I have built since I was a kid when I did the Aurora, that one just got one thick coat of gloss enamel military green with yellow enamal belly. This one I did slightly differently, after glueing and pinning the superbly casted, parts, there was just a little putty work around the joints, then on to the paint work. After a light grey base coat, the Creature was airbrushed, with a mix of 'kelly green acrylic, thinned with emerald green artists ink, when this was dry, I then airbrushed tiger stripes, using burnt sienna artists ink, then I hand brushed around all the edges of the scales, with a mix, of the sienna and Hunter green acrylic, to define the edges, the stomach was brushed with Yellow Ochre, artists acrylic (the stuff in tubes), I then dry brushed the whole kit, with leaf green, followed by yellow ochre the finally dry brushed with a very pale yellow, The girl was airbrushed with Tamya flat flesh, the bathing suit is airbrushed, pink mixed with bright red ink, shaded with pastels, her hair is beige dry brushed with, yellow ochre, the wheat, for the blonde look,  I am hoping this will be the first in a series of Monster & Girl kits, and if the others are as good as this I will be vey happy.
